Wilma Graham Davis

Wilma Graham Davis, age 87 of Calhoun, passed away on Sunday, December 16, 2012 in Gordon Hospital. Wilma was born on March 4, 1925 in Gordon County. She was the daughter of the late McKinnley Graham and Lethie Seabolt Graham. She was a member of the South Calhoun Baptist Church for over 60 years. Survivors include: her son, Jerry Moore and his wife Vickie of Calhoun; one daughter, Diane Boatwright and her husband Alan of Elijay; brother-in-law, Gerald Davis and his wife Sandra of Marietta; sister-in-law, Wilene G. Squires of Rockmart; niece, Carol Quinn of Calhoun; nephew, Lamar Graham; five grandchildren: Tonya Fox, Terri Bone, Tiffany Fromm, Tammie Lancaster and Tracie Linguist; thirteen great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild also survives. Funeral Services will be conducted at 1:00pm on Tuesday, December 18th from South Calhoun Baptist Church with the Reverend Gary Bowman and Brother Brent Smith officiating. Burial will follow in Chandler Cemetery. Amy Luckett, Jim Luckett and Brian Padgett will have charge of music. Pallbearers serving include: Fred Williams, Jimmy Woods, Mike Johnson, Tommy Gazaway, Bobby Dodd and Duane Bohannon. Honorary Pallbearers will be the Faithful Workers Sunday School Class. The family will receive friends from 5 – 9pm on Monday, December 17th at the funeral home until 11:30 on Tuesday, December 18th when Wilma will be taken to the church to lie in state at 12noon until the funeral hour.
