Thomas Burnett

Thomas Burnett, age 59, of Calhoun, passed away Sunday evening October 25th at his home. Thomas was born December 3, 1955 in St. Augustine, Florida, son of the late Brown Lee Burnett and Irene Chitwood Burnett. He was a self-employed auto mechanic. Survivors include his special companion, Geneva Luckhurst of Calhoun, one sister, Barbara Pierce, four brother, Bobby, Eugene, Larry, and Ronnie Burnett all of Gordon County. A number of nieces and nephews also survive. Services to celebrate the life of Thomas Burnett will be conducted Wednesday afternoon October 28th at 6pm from the Chapel of Thomas Funeral Home with Rev. Hershal Pierce officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the funeral service. Thomas Funeral Home is in charge of the funeral services for Thomas Burnett.
