Thomas Hudon Bagley, age 88, of Calhoun, passed away Sunday, May 28, 2017 at Erlanger Medical Center.
Hudon was born on October 23, 1928 to the late Thomas Harvey Bagley and Sarah Margaret Chadwick Bagley in Gordon County. He was a veteran of the Korean War and served proudly in the United States Army. He was employed by Lockheed-Martin Aircraft for 35 years. Hudon was an avid golfer and bowler, and loved his family and grandchildren. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his wife, Rosa Kate Ruddell; siblings, Ernest Bagley, Ervin Bagley, Robert Bagley, Lillian Boswell, Laurie England, Lois Parker and Simmie Bell Lewis.
He is survived by his daughters, Sherry Wiman and her husband Mark of Acworth, Susan Ralston and her husband Terry of Calhoun, Traci Clements and her husband Scott of Calhoun; a special friend, Betty Cochran; a sister, Ruby Baggett of Adairsville and a sister-in-law, Sarah Jo Bagley; six grandchildren, Natalie Knight and her husband Justin, Tyler Wiman and his fiancé Beth, Hannah Ralston, Cody Ralston, Chandler Clements and Andrew Clements, great-granddaughter, Claire Knight.
Funeral Services will be conducted from the chapel of Thomas Funeral Home on Wednesday, May 31, 2017 at 2:00 PM with Dr. Bert Vaughn officiating. Burial will follow in Chandler cemetery with full Military Burial. Dr. John Barber will have charge of graveside rites. Nephews will serve as pallbearers.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, May 30, 2017 at Thomas Funeral Home from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
