Theresa Stallings Slaughter

Theresa Stallings Slaughter, age 87 of Calhoun, passed away on Thursday, October 18, 2012 in Gordon Hospital. Theresa was born on October 25, 1924 in Hawesville, KY. She was the daughter of the late Martin Otis Stallings and Flora Belle Torrance. Theresa was a member of Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church in Mayville, ND. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by: her husband, William McKinley Slaughter, one son, two sisters and six brothers. Survivors include: two sons: William L. Slaughter of Calhoun and Robert A. Slaughter of Mayville, ND; two daughters: Margaret Greenwald of Calhoun and Deidre Engler of Hatton, ND; seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and three great-great grandchildren also survive. Memorial Services will take place at a later date.
