Theresa Emma Arp

Theresa Emma Arp, age 84 of Calhoun, passed away on Thursday, March 27, 2014 at her residence. Theresa was born on August 26, 1929 in Fall River, MA to the late Israel Latinville and Emma Jalbert Latinville. She was a member of the St. Clement Catholic Church, and was also a member of the Cherokee Promenaders Dance Club. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William Roy Arp in 2004. She is survived by two daughters, Gail Arp Davies, and Jeanne Arp McDade and her husband Dann; one grandson, Roy Davies; and a special friend of the family, Marquita Smith all of Calhoun. A Funeral Mass will be conducted Monday March 31st at 12 noon from St. Clement Catholic Church with Father Joe Shaute officiating. With burial to follow in the Green Hill Cemetery in Etowah, Tennessee on Tuesday April 1st at 11:30am. Pallbearers serving include; Gary Beisser, Larry House, Mark Putnam, Noland Hunsbuger, Randy Shiney, David Hammond, Dana Gooden, and Don Fox. Members of the St. Clement Choir will serve as honorary escorts. The family will receive friends Sunday afternoon March 30th from 3 until 5pm at the funeral home.
