Thelma Bennett Fuller

Thelma Bennett Fuller, age 84 of Calhoun, passed away on Friday, August 18, 2017 in Gordon Health Care. Thelma was born on November 7, 1932 in Bartow County, GA to the late Ben Bennett and Edna Marylou Smith Bennett. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Saville Patrick Fuller; two sons, Larry Whitener and Danny Whitener; daughter, Janet Waters; and a sister, Edna Collum. Thelma was a member of House of Prayer. Thelma is survived by her son, James Whitener of Calhoun; sister, Evelyn Noland; three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Funeral Services will be conducted on Monday, August 21st at 11AM from the Chapel of Thomas Funeral Home with Reverend Howard Strickland and Reverend Daniel Brown officiating. Alice Ray, Edna Young, and Ann Shugart will have charge of music. Burial will follow in Wesley Chapel United Methodist Cemetery.
