Terry Holsomback

Terry Holsomback, age 62 of Calhoun died at 12:20 PM, Wednesday, March 03, 2010 in the Heritage Health Care of LaFayette. Terry was born in Gordon County, November 17, 1947, son of Frankie Nell Rooney Holsomback and the late Floyd Talmadge Holsomback. He was a graduate of Calhoun High School, Class of 1965; had served in the US Navy; and was a member of the American Legion. A sister, Cynthia Gail Ledford, also preceded him in death. Terry is survived by his mother, Frankie Nell Holsomback of Calhoun; one son, Mike Holsomback of Australia; three brothers, Ronnie Rooney and his wife Lynn of Trenton, Steve Holsomback and his wife Brenda of Calhoun, Tony Holsomback and his wife Billie of Calhoun; nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted at the graveside of Fain Cemetery at 3:00 PM, Friday, March 5 with Pastor Jerry Rice officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:00 until 2:45 PM, Friday, preceding the funeral at the funeral. Pallbearers are Justin Ledford, Brandon Ledford, Nicklaus Holsomback, and Adam Holsomback.
