Steve Burgess

Steve Burgess, age 51, of Calhoun, passed away Saturday March 4th at his residence. Steve was born February 24, 1966 in Floyd County, son of the late Willard Burgess and Betty Jo Bennett Burgess. He was a self-employed painter and member of the Hall Memorial Baptist Church. Besides his parents in was preceded in death by three brothers; Ray Alton Burgess, Jerry Isaac Burgess, and Willard Isaac Burgess, and one sister; Wanda Sue Burgess. He is survived by his wife; Nicki Baldwin of Resaca, one son; Zachary Burgess of Pikeville, two daughters; Tiffany Kiser and Shea Burgess, four sisters; Elaine Valentine of Chattanooga, Donna Farmer of Summerville, Lavada McClure of Calhoun and Diane Parker of Calhoun. Three grandchildren; Austin, Bryan and Cayleb Kiser also survive. Memorial services will be announced at a later time by the Burgess family.
