Richard was born on December 14, 1944 in Atlanta, GA, son of the late Bud Smith and Angie Gravitt Smith. Richard is survived by: his son, Ritchie Smith of Chatsworth, GA; daughter, Tina Rios of Resaca, GA; sister, Marilyn Burk; and former wife, June Wyatt.
