Reva Hunter

Mrs. Reva Hunter, age 83 of Calhoun died at 3:25 PM, Saturday, March 21 at Gordon Hospital. Reva was born, August 20, 1925 in Chattooga County, a daughter of the late Luther and Mary Lingerfelt. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Doyle Hunter, two brothers, Leonard Ball and Richard Lingerfelt, and a son Tommy Hunter, November 20, 2008. Reva is survived by three sons, David Carroll of Trion, James Donald Hunter of Calhoun, and Tim Hunter of Tampa; one daughter, Pauline Wheat of Calhoun; 13 grandchildren, and several great grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted at the graveside of Blackwood Springs Cemetery at 4:00 PM Sunday, March 22 with the Reverend Jimmie Timms officiating.
