Ralph T. Haley, age 90, of Dalton, passed away Sunday March 10th in Hamilton Medical Center.
Ralph was born July 16, 1928 in Whitfield County. Son of the late Rome C. Haley and Tidy Jane Brock Haley. He was a member of the Hill City Baptist Church and a veteran of the United States Air Force serving in the Korean War. Ralph was employed by Owenby Enterprises prior to his retirement.
Besides his parents he was preceded in death by his son; Michael Haley, six brothers, one sister, three nephews and one niece.
He is survived by his wife of 73 years; Annie Brown Haley of Dalton, her daughter in law; Nancy Haley, and a sister in law; Laura Haley.
Funeral services will be conducted Saturday March 16th at 11am from the chapel of Thomas Funeral Home with Rev. Barry Brock officiating. Burial will follow in the Hill City Baptist Church Cemetery with military rites afforded by the Dalton American Legion.
Pallbearers serving include; Johnny Mac Brown, Clay Brown, Darrell Brown, Jack Brown, Allen Haley, Charlie Haley and C.M. Haley. These men are asked to meet at the funeral home at 10:30am Saturday.
The family will receive friends Friday March 15th from 4 until 7pm at the funeral home.
