Phillip "Bruce" Waters

Phillip Bruce Waters, a resident of Calhoun, Georgia. Died on November 16, 2011 at his home. Bruce was born November 9, 1934 in Gadsden, Alabama. Bruce was a retired attorney. He received his B.A. and J.D. from Tulane University and practiced law in the State of Louisiana. He was preceded in death by his parents, John F. Waters, Jr., and Sylvia Manderson Waters, and his brother, James E. Waters. He is survived by his wife Sharon Hennigan Waters and his children John, Phil, Stephen, Elizabeth, Ian, Camille and Chas. His memorial services will be held November 25, 2011 at Calhoun First United Methodist Church at 2pm. With Dr. Brian Clark officiating. Honorary Pallbearers will be the clergy of the North Georgia United Methodist Church Conference. His cremains will be interred at Fain Cemetery. The family will receive visitors during the hour preceding the service. Thomas Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements for Phillip Bruce Waters.
