Patricia "Pat" Blount

Patricia “Pat” Blount, age 76 of Calhoun, passed away on Sunday, March 5, 2017 at her residence. Pat was born on October 2, 1940 in Alexandria, VA to the late J.B. and Mary Ann Parker. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Blount; daughter, Mary Ann Priest; and sister, Ann Coleman. Pat is survived by her son, Hank De La Torre; daughter, Lisa Priest; four step-sons, Mike Blount, Doug Blount, Alan Blount and Chris Blount; sister, Toni Rawlins. Several grandchildren and great-grandchildren also survive. Funeral Services will be conducted on Thursday, March 9th at 1 PM from the Chapel of Thomas Funeral Home with Reverend Steve Skates officiating. Burial will follow in Fain Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Wednesday evening from 5 PM until 8 PM at Thomas Funeral Home.
