Nancy Gail Williams, age 75 of Calhoun, has gone home to be with her Lord on October 15, 2017.
Nancy was born November 27, 1941 in Bulloch County, Georgia, daughter of the late Woodrow W. Mills and Nellene Key Mills. She was a member of the Church of God of Union Assembly, member of the Eastern Star, and was a retired Bookkeeper, who spent her time with her grandchildren.
Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, James A Williams Sr.; and a sister, Jenelle Underwood.
Survivors include her daughter, Kimberly N. Lewis and her husband Sammy of Calhoun; two sons, Jerry W. Jenkins and his wife Deborah of Etna, Ohio and Jamie A. Williams Jr. and his wife Natasha of Calhoun; one sister, Almarita Bullen of Jacksonville, Florida; grandchildren, Kari and Nathan Hamby, Jonathan McDonald, Skylar Williams, Collin Williams, and Scarlett Williams; great-grandchildren, Laylah Hamby, Leland Hamby, and Blayne McDonald; one great-great-grandchild along with a number of nieces and nephews also survive.
Funeral services will be conducted Thursday October 19th at 2pm from the Church of God of Union Assembly with Rev. Shannon Akins, Rev. Darrell Akins and Rev. Fred Cassell officiating. Interment will follow in the Haven of Rest Cemetery.
Pallbearers serving include; Shannon Akins, Sam Brown, Marvin Adcock, Marlin Whitaker, Shannon Carnes, Bill Raper and Billy Nicholson. Honorary Pallbearers will be Dr. Maxwell Parrott and Dr. Brent Box.
The family will receive friends Wednesday afternoon from 5 until 8pm at the funeral home.
