Nancy Faith Luckett

Nancy Faith Luckett, age 68 of Calhoun, passed away on Tuesday, September 29, 2015 at her residence. Nancy was born on June 15, 1947 in Gordon County to the late Reverend James William “Jimmy” Faith and Louise Reed Faith. Nancy was a member of Heritage Baptist Church and was retired from Lockheed with over 35 years of service. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Larry Joe Luckett in 2005. She is survived by her daughter, Halie Black and her husband Tyron of Calhoun; three sisters, Sherry Chapman and her husband George of Lilburn, Kathy Nielsen of Calhoun and Gina Daniel and her husband Alan of Calhoun; three grandchildren, Meri Katherine Black, Jacob Black and Abby Black; one niece; four nephews; and several great-nieces, great-nephews and several cousins. Funeral Services will be conducted on Friday, October 2nd at 2:00 PM from the Chapel of Heritage Baptist Church with the Reverend Brent Davis officiating and Tyron Black reading the eulogy. Gina Daniel, Rebekah Feuerbach and Donnie Nesbitt will have charge of the music. Interment will follow in Fain Cemetery with Clyde McEntyre in charge of graveside rites. Pallbearers serving will be Alan Daniel, George Chapman, Clay Daniel, Logan Daniel, Lee Chapman and Marc Feuerbach. Nancy will lie in state at the church on Friday from 1:00 PM until the funeral hour at 2:00PM. The family will receive friends on Thursday evening from 5:00 until 8:00 PM at Heritage Baptist Church.
