Millard Elmer Carroll, JR, age 67 of Chatsworth, GA passed away on Monday, May 20, 2019 at Redmond Regional Medical Center in Rome, GA. Millard was born on November 19, 1951 in Kenvir, KY to the late Millard Elmer Carroll and Alta Mae Sargant Carroll. He was a retired Coal Miner. Millard is survived by: his wife, Sondra Ball Carroll of Chatsworth; two daughters, Melanie Carroll and Maria Carroll; nephews, Bradley Phillips, Randy Ball, JR, Ronald Ball, and David Ball; nieces, Autum Wiskow, Laural Seither, Tracey Ball, Sheena Boudreaux, Khristi Ball, Jessica Williams, Amy Noe, Ashley Ball, Alta Milwee, and Marie Milwee; sisters-in-law and brothers-in¬-law, Steve and Sonja Phillips, Wilma Seither, Michael and Pat Ball, Randy Ball, and Ronnie and Joyce Ball. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
