Michael Anthony Broyles

Tuesday, May 27, 2008 Mr. Michael “Mike” Anthony Broyles age 41 of Sugar Valley, Ga. son of Judge Marvin Broyles, died Saturday May 24th in the Polk Medical Center in Cedartown following a sudden illness suffered a few minutes earlier. Mike was born in Hollywood Florida on May 28th. 1966 son of Marvin and Joyce Wofford Broyles who survive him. He was a member of the Plainview Baptist Church. He attended the Sugar Valley Baptist Church. He was employed with Kendrick Auto Service and was an active member of the Sugar Valley Commuinty Club and was a member of the Oldsmobile Club of America. Survivors in addition to his parents include his wife Gail Broyles of Sugar Valley, five sons; Aaron of Calhoun, Andrew, Weston, Nicholas and Johnathan Broyles all of Sugar Valley., two brothers; Duane and Chris Broyles and a sister; Keshia Blackmon of Calhoun. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 P.M. Friday May 30th. from the Sugar Valley Baptist Church with Rev. Mitch Phillips and Rev. Dwayne Shaddix officiating. Interment will follow in the Sugar Valley Baptist Cemetery. Pallbearers serving include Duane, Scott, Jerry, and Jimmy Broyles, Brent Timms, Jay Wofford, Brian Gilbert and Jamie Tatum and they are asked to meet at the Church at 1:45 P.M. Friday. The family will receive friends at the Sugar Valley Baptist Church from 4:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. on Thursday Evening May 29th. Patricia Nations will have charge of the music. (There has been a trust fund set up at the North Georgia National Bank in Memory of Mike Broyles for his five sons.)
