Melissa Carol Beeler

Melissa Beaty Beeler age 43 of 321 Chad St., Calhoun, died Monday April 26th. in the Gordon Hospital. Melissa was born in Gastonia North Carolina on July 1, 1966 daughter of Roy and Georgia Lineberger Beaty and had been a resident of Calhoun for the past 9 years. She was a member of the Calhoun First Baptist Church and was employed by the Faus Group in the Accounting Department. Survivors in addition to her parents include her husband; Mike Beeler of Calhoun, two sons; Will and Zach Beeler both of Calhoun, a daughter; Ashley Beeler of Calhoun, one brother; Troy Beaty of Gastonia, two sisters; Dorica Crisp and her husband Barry of Gastonia and Angie Price and her husband Rick of Rock Hill S.C. mother and father-in-law: Mr. and Mrs. David Beeler of Gastonia, N.C. two brothers-in-law; Martin and Mitchell Beeler of New York City, a sister-in-law; Ann Black; two nephews; Steven Ford and Kenny Ford both of Gastonia N. C., one niece; Nora June and two great-nieces, along with a host of her adopted children. Funeral services will be conducted at 4:00 P.M. Friday, April 30th from the Calhoun First Baptist Church with Dr. Bert Vaughn officiating. Pallbearers serving include Swayze Johnson, Clay and Logan Daniel, Josh Denton, Walter DeGuire and Bryant DeGuire and they are asked to meet at the funeral home at 3:30 P.M. Friday. Honorary pallbearers will be the Youth Groups of the Calhoun First Baptist Church. The family will receive friends at the First Baptist Church from 6:00 until 9:00 P.M. on Thursday evening. In addition to flowers the family requests contributions to the Calhoun First Baptist Church Youth Groups, Calhoun High School Band or Blue Barracudas Swim Team.
