Mary Sadler Adams

Mary Sadler Adams, age 101 of Calhoun, passed away on Thursday, December 21, 2017 in Calhoun Health Care. Mary was born on July 6, 1916 in Hart County, GA to the late Mr. and Mrs. John Sadler. In addition to her parents, Mary was also preceded in death by her husband, James Broughton Adams; three sons, Charles Adams, Jimmy Adams, Kenneth Adams; daughter-in-law, Patti Adams; son-in-law, Jimmy McDearis; and 10 brothers and sisters. Mary was a member of Calhoun First Baptist Church, and has been a resident of Calhoun for the past 7 years. Mary is survived by her daughter, Elaine McDearis of Calhoun; daughter-in-law, Jean Adams; five grandchildren, Jim Adams, Keith Adams, Rhonda McDearis Jordon, Christopher Adams, and Lyndsey Adams; seven great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild also survive. Funeral Services will be conducted on Saturday, December 23rd at 4 PM from the Chapel of Thomas Funeral Home with Dr. Bert Vaughn officiating.
