Martha Valynda "Judi" Fitch

Martha Valynda “Judi” Fitch, age 80 of Calhoun, GA, passed away on Monday, August 14, 2023 at The Canopy at Boynton Ridge.

Judi was born on June 8, 1943 in Calhoun, GA, daughter of the late James Julius Bradford and Martha Louise Knight Bradford. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by: her husband, John Brock Fitch; and sister-in-law, Helen Poole; and niece, Rachelle Poole. Judi was a graduate of Mannheim High School in Germany. She later opened Judi’s Day Care and ran it for over 20 years. She was a member of Heritage Baptist Church. Judi was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and aunt.

Judi is survived by: two sons, Ken Fitch and Brad Fitch and his wife Kristy; one daughter, Teri Earl and her husband Randy; four grandchildren, Whitney Levins and her husband Mike, Raleigh Rodriguez and her husband Christian, Rainey Fitch, and Chloe Fitch; great-grandchildren, Henry Levins and Truett Levins; sister, Elaine Foster Anderson and her partner Marv Allen; nephew, Jason Foster and his wife Kathy; great-nephew, Maddox Foster; nephew, Jeremy Foster and his wife Alisa; great-nieces, Caitlin Foster, Payton Foster and Peri Foster; nephew, Donald Poole and his wife Darlene; great-nephews, Dawson Poole, Landon Poole, and Nathan Poole; and great-nephew, Brendan Poole.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, August 17, 2023 from 12 PM until 2 PM at Thomas Funeral Home.

Funeral Services will be conducted on Thursday, August 17, 2023 at 2 PM from the Chapel of Thomas Funeral Home with Reverend Shane Parrott officiating.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions in memory of Judi may be made to your favorite charity.
