Martha Erstrom

Thursday, November 13, 2008 Mrs. Martha Lange Erstrom, age 86 of Calhoun died at 12:20 AM, Thursday, November 13, 2008 in Gordon Hospital. Mrs. Erstrom was born, October 17, 1922 in Burleigh County, North Dakota, daughter of the late Alvin Lange and Agnes Brown Lange. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Frayne V. Erstrom and four brothers, Albert, Leonard, Ernest, and Donald, and one great, great grandchild, C.J. Trujillo. She was a retired bookkeeper & accountant and was a Lutheran. She had made her home in Calhoun for the past four years with her son, Lyle. Martha is survived by her son, Lyle Erstrom and his wife Pat of Calhoun; one daughter, Judy McLean and her husband Dennis of Amarillo, Texas; one brother, Paul Lange of Wilton, North Dakota; three sisters, Dorothy Phillips of Reedsport, Oregon, Frances Welch of Bismarck, North Dakota, and Mildred Pitkin of Callaway, Nebraska; 6 grandchildren;Rhonda Edwards and her husband Tommy of Calhoun and 15 great grandchildren A private graveside service will be conducted a later time in Gothenburg, Nebraska Condolences may be expressed on line at www.thomasfuneralhomecalhoun.com.
