Mario Aldama-Urrutia, age 65 of Calhoun, passed away on Sunday, February 24, 2019 in Floyd Medical Center. Mario was born on January 19, 1954 in Mexico City to Loreto Urrutia and the late Lupe Aldama. He has been a resident of Calhoun for the past 18 years and was a member of Igelesia De Dios Pentecostal. Mario is survived by his mother, Loreto Urrutia; his wife, Maria Guadalupe Acevedo; son, Daniel Aldama Acevedo; brother, Guadalupe Aldama; sister, Lorena Aldama; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Funeral Services will be conducted on Tuesday, February 26, 2019 at 3 PM from the Chapel of Thomas Funeral Home with Pastor Jose Guevara officiating.
