Marilyn Ann Kirby Roberts

 Marilyn Ann Kirby Roberts, age 71 of Calhoun, GA, passed away on Monday, November 11, 2024 at her residence.

 Marilyn was born on April 18, 1953 in Flint, Michigan, daughter of the late Raymond Kirby and Katie Mae Patterson Kirby. In addition to her parents, Marilyn was also preceded in death by a sister, Nance Jane Kirby. She was a graduate of Calhoun High School Class of 1973 and member of New Town Baptist Church. She was an avid Atlanta Braves fan and enjoyed the outdoors, swimming, and traveling. Marilyn loved her family, grandchildren, and her dog, Kirby. 

 Marilyn is survived by: two children, Natalie Roberts and Kelly Roberts Black; grandchildren, Katlyn Washington, McKenzie Ashley Amos, and Owen Goble; and four siblings, Kathy (Randy) Young, Linda Bridges, Barbara Lawson, and Charlie (Diane) Kirby.

 The family will receive friends on Thursday, November 14, 2024 from 4 PM until 5:30 PM at Thomas Funeral Home.

 Funeral Services will be conducted on Thursday, November 14, 2024 at 5:30 PM from the Chapel of Thomas Funeral Home with Reverend Stacey Hensley officiating.
