Louise M. Voyles

Louise M. Voyles, age 85 of Acworth, GA and formerly of Calhoun, GA, passed away on Thursday, April 9, 2020 at WellStar Kennestone Hospital of Marietta, GA. Louise was born on March 19, 1935 in Polk County, TN to the late Ben Cross and Eva Mae Hughes. In addition to her parents, Louise was also preceded in death by 9 brothers and sisters. Louise was an avid doll collector. She was a member of Blackwood Springs Baptist Church. Louise is survived by: her husband, Joseph “Joe” Voyles; son, Richard “Rick” Voyles; daughter, Cheryl Voyles; brother, Alvin Cross of Dallas, GA; three sisters, Lucille Baggett of Calhoun, Ruth Parker of Dalton, GA, and Eloise West of Chatsworth, GA; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren also survive. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, a private funeral service and interment will be held for Louise M. Voyles.
