Louise Franklin

Monday, April 09, 2007 Mrs. Louise Franklin, age 68 of 3084 Rome Rd. S.W., Plainville Community, died today (Monday) April 9th. in Redmond Regional Medical Center following several weeks of declining health. Mrs. Franklin was born in Floyd County, Ga. on August 6, 1938 daughter of the late Thomas D. and Verlie Tillery Carter. She was a homemaker and in addition to her parents was preceded in death by a sister; Doris Moore and a brother Johnny D. Carter. Survivors include her husband William “Bill” Franklin of Plainville, one son and his wife; Alex and Rosie Franklin of Plainville, one daughter and her husband; Louise and Tommy Jones of Cumming, Ga. and one grandchild; Austin Miles Jones. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 A.M. Wednesday April 11th from the Chapel of the Thomas Funeral Home with Rev. Richard Webster officiating. Interment will follow in the Franklin Cemetery. The Family will receive friends at the Thomas Funeral Home from 6:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M. on Tuesday April 10th.
