Lori Moss

Lori Moss, age 50 of Calhoun, passed away on Wednesday, March 8, 2017 at her residence. Lori was born on October 4, 1966 in Whitfield County to Helen Greeson Moss Stewart and the late Douglas W. “Pete” Moss. Lori is survived by her mother and step-father, Helen Moss Stewart and Carlton Stewart; brother, Jimmy Moss and his wife, Dale; niece, April Moss Thomas and her husband Robin; two nephews, Jamie Moss and Joey Moss and his wife Lauren; two great-nephews, Trae Murrell and Rhett Moss. Lori is also remembered with love by her Stewart siblings, Kent and Debbie Stewart, Carla and Chuck Watkins and Tim and Brenda Stewart. Funeral Services will be conducted on Friday, March 10th at 11 AM from the Chapel of Thomas Funeral Home with Dale Moss officiating. Burial will follow in Pine Chapel Cemetery with Reverend James Cobb officiating. Pallbearers serving will be Joey Moss, Jamie Moss, Trae Murrell, Robert Thomas, Donald Dempsey, David Howerton, Jeff Greeson and Todd Causby. The family will receive friends on Thursday evening from 5 PM until 7 PM at Thomas Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Farmville United Methodist Church at 6906 Fairmount Hwy, Calhoun, GA 30701.
