Larry Steven Gonzalez

Tuesday, April 27, 2010 Larry Steven Gonzalez age 29 of Calhoun, died suddenly Sunday evening in Gordon Hosptial . Larry was born in Riverside California on Dec. 15, 1980 son of Carlos Hernandez and Angela Gonzalez. He was a Catholic and was a self employed welder. Survivors include his wife Elsa Golvan, his mother and step-father; Angela Gonzalez and Efrain Zamora, two sons; Larry Alexander Gonzalez Jr. and Ian Christopher Gonzalez both of Calhoun, two sisters; Marie Funes and her husband Jose of Calhoun, and Mauren Hernandez both of Calhoun, aunts; Mireya Calvo and Celilia Seville, sister-in-law; Milly Balvan, cousins; Kevin Calvo, Marlene Melendez Varthel, Evelyn Sevilla, Marlin Gonzalez, Carlos Gonzalea and Martin Gonzalez. A Funeral Mass will be conducted at 12:00 Noon on Saturday May 1st. from the St. Clements Catholic Church with Father Joe Shaute officiating. Interment will follow in the Fain Cemetery. Pallbearers serving include Kevin Calvo, Carlos Gonzalez, Martin Gonzalez, Jorge Sanabria, Jose Funes, Ember Acevedo, and best friends Justin and Zeke and they are asked to meet at the funeral home at 11:30 A.M. Saturday. The family will receive friends at the Thomas Funeral Home from 5:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M. Thursday and Friday evenings with a Rosary at 7:00 p.m. Friday and on Saturday Morning from 9:00 until 11:00 when the family will go to the Church at 11;30 in a procession.
