"Lance" Clarence David Deal

Wednesday, October 27, 2010 Mr. Clarence David "Lance" Deal age 51 of Rydal, Ga. died Tuesday October 26th. in the Atlanta Veterans Hospital. Lance was born in Ft. Benning, Ga. in Oct. 13, 1959 son of the late Charles Edward and Willie Douglas Brooks Deal. He was a Nurse Anesthetist in St. Simons, Ga. and had lived here for a year. He was a Veteran of the U.S. Army and Coast Guard serving in the Gulf War Era where he loved being at Sea. Survivors include his wife, Regina "Gina" Boyer Deal of Rydal, four daughters; Rebecca Newburn and her husband Kevin of St. Simons Island, Ashley Deal of Brunswick, Ga., Kelsey Cross of Rydal and Dylan Hill of Rydal, a brother; Tony Brooks of Athels, Alabama, and three sisters; Phyllis LeBlanc and her husband Rusty, of Woodstock, Va.,Carroll Green and her husband John, of New Market, Alabama and Linda Mitchel of Monetty, Arkansas. Five grandchildren also survive. Memorial Services will be conducted at 4:00 P.M. Thursday October 28th. from the Chapel of the Thomas Funeral Home with Rev. Randy Muse officiating.
