Kenneth Darrell Hill

Tuesday, August 21, 2007 Wednesday, August 22, 2007 Mr. Kenneth Hill age 63 of 205 Park Drive, S.E., Calhoun died Monday night at his residence. Kenneth was born in Cullman , Alabama on June 6, 1944. He was a truck driver for Shaw Industries and was a member of the Barrett Road Church of God. And was a Veteran of the Vietnam War serving in the U.S. Army. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Dorothy Laquita Dotson Hill in 2004. Survivors include three sons; Steve Pritchett of Ringgold, Ga. , Randy Pritchett of FT. Oglethorpe and Steven Kephart of Adairsville, three daughter; Carolyn Hill Fradette of Chickamauga, Ga., Julie Hill, Jill Phillippo and her husband Mark, three brothers; Bobby Hill and his wife Ella of Florida, Lavolt Hill and his wife Jane of Alabama and Lindon Hill of Florida, one sister; Judy Williams of Florida, a sister-in-law; Faye Wafford of Chickamauga, Ga. Twelve grandchildren and Seven Great-grandchildren also survive. Funeral services will be conducted at 10:00 A.M. Thursday August 23rd. from the Chapel of the Thomas Funeral Home with Rev. Norris Sexton Officiating. Interment will follow in the Haven of Rest Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers serving include Bob Davidson, Chad Teal, Joshua Pri, Randy Pri Jr., David Munger and Doyle Johns and these men are asked to meet at the funeral home at 9:30 A.M. Thursday. Rev. Norris Sexton will arrange the music. The family will receive friends from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. on Wednesday evening.
