Kenneth Eugene Bennett

Kenneth Eugene Bennett of Calhoun and formerly of Fort Oglethorpe passed away Friday evening September 28 surrounded by his loving family. He was 77. Ken was preceded in death by his wife, Anne B. Bennett, has parents Levi and Mary Bennett and brothers, James, Johnny, and William (Bill) Bennett. Also, preceded in death were two infant sisters and one daughter, Donna Bennett formerly of Tunnel Hill. He is survived by one brother, Cecil Bennett of Little Rock, Arkansas; two daughters and sons in law, Sharon and Gary Jackson of Calhoun; Debbie and Tim Good of Chatsworth; eleven grandchildren; several great grandchildren; nieces and nephews. A private memorial service will be conducted at a later date. The Bennett family would like to thank the Staff of Tapestry Hospice and the Reverend Michael Smith for their care, support, and prayers during the last days of Ken’s life.
