Kayla Jo Nicole Dutton

Kayla Jo Nicole Dutton, age 29, tragically passed away on January 17, 2025, in a car accident alongside her beloved sister, Lisa Ooten. Born on May 22, 1995, in Calhoun, Georgia, Kayla Jo was the daughter of Victor “Pat” Dutton and Donna Carol Manis Dutton. She was a loving mother, daughter, sister, and friend, known for her vibrant spirit and devotion to her family.

Kayla Jo's world revolved around her children, Kaleb Jay Dutton, Jayda L. Revelle, Kamryn T. Revelle, Leighonna D. Revelle, and Khloe N. Parker, who were her pride and joy. She was also deeply loved by her siblings: Julie Tinch, Rebecca Stephens, Stephanie Voyles, Tracy Manis, Stevie Manis, Amanda Jones, Jessy Blake, and Lisa Ooten.

Kayla Jo was employed at Pilot Travel Center, where she was not only a valued team member but was also in the process of becoming a manager at her station. Her hardworking nature, kindness, and infectious sense of humor made her a favorite among colleagues and customers alike. Outside of work, Kayla Jo loved spending time with her children, camping with her family, and indulging in her love for all things pink and pickles.

Her family and friends will remember her for her big heart, her sense of humor, and her unwavering loyalty. Kayla Jo had a warmth that made everyone around her feel special, and she will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 28, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Thomas Funeral Home in Calhoun. A combined funeral service for Kayla Jo and her sister Lisa will follow at 2:00 PM at Thomas Funeral Home, where loved ones will come together to celebrate their lives, their familial bond, and the memories they leave behind.

Kayla Jo is survived by her father, Pat, her children, and her siblings. While her passing leaves a profound emptiness, her family takes comfort in knowing that she and Lisa will be remembered together. Kayla Jo's memory will live on in the hearts of all who loved her—her laughter, her love for life, and her devotion to her family will never be forgotten.
