Karen Davis Hendrix

Karen Davis Hendrix, age 61 of Ranger, GA, passed away on Monday, May 3, 2021 at her residence.

Karen was born on August 24, 1959 in Blairsville, GA, daughter of the late Andrew Davis and Ruby Graves Davis. She was a member of Miracle Temple Church.

Karen is survived by: her husband, Charles David Hendrix; son, Reggie Hendrix and his wife Melissa; daughter, Sharon Swinney; eight grandchildren, Brianna Hill, Trevor Swinney, Emily Maddox, Rylon Hendrix, Kaylyn Maddox, Dawson Hendrix, Weston Hendrix, and Joseph Maddox; three brothers, Joe Davis and his wife Jane, Mickey Davis, and Steve Davis and his wife Joyce; four sisters, Wanda Ray, Claudia Headrick, Jerri Brown and her husband Dan, and Betty Payne and her companion Ed; special friend, Lisa Pendegraft; and several nieces and nephews also survive.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, May 6, 2021 from 5 PM until 8 PM at Thomas Funeral Home.

Funeral Services will be conducted on Friday, May 7, 2021 at 2 PM from the Chapel of Thomas Funeral Home with Reverend Joe Tillman and Reverend Edward Silvers officiating. Adrian and Lisa Craig will have charge of music. Interment will follow in Miracle Temple Cemetery.
