Juanita Dorothy Galmon

Juanita Dorothy Galmon, age 83 of Calhoun, passed away on Thursday, November 16, 2017 at her residence. Juanita was born on November 1, 1934 in Gordon County, GA to the late Willie Ross Galmon and Mandy Cudd Galmon. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by two brothers, Slagle Ross Galmon and Wade Clarence Galmon. Juanita is survived by two brothers, Charles Ross Galmon and Billy E. Galmon; four sisters, Lou Ann Ward, Edna Ray, Madge Galmon, and Mandy Robertson; several nieces and nephews also survive. A graveside service to celebrate the life of Juanita will be held on Wednesday, November 22nd at 2 PM in Chandler Cemetery with Rev. Greg Burgner officiating. The family will receive friends on Wednesday prior to the graveside service from 12 PM until 1:45 PM at Thomas Funeral Home.
