Joyce Ann Williams

Joyce Ann Barnett Williams, age 82 of Calhoun, GA, passed away on Wednesday, August 19, 2020 at her residence. Joyce was born on July 11, 1938 in Portsmouth, OH, daughter to the late Mitchell Barnett and Jewel Lovely Barnett. She was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church of Calhoun. Prior to her retirement, Joyce worked as a Registered Nurse. Joyce is survived by: her husband, Richard S. Williams; two sons, Rick J. Williams and Chris T. Williams; three daughters, Cathi Williams, Lisa Williams, and Joy Williams; two brothers, Max Barnett and Thomas Barnett; three sisters, Sandra Barnett, Virginia Wallace, and Betty Wooldridge; twelve grandchildren; and sixteen great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 2:00 PM until the funeral hour at 4:00 PM publicly at Thomas Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be conducted publicly on Sunday, August 23rd at 4 PM from the Chapel of Thomas Funeral Home with Pastor Mike Miller officiating. Interment will follow in Chandler Cemetery. Pallbearers serving include: Kevin Williams, Cole Williams, Jonathan Bustos, Nick Allison, Caleb Barnes, and Lute Bustos.
