Joshua Anthony Woodward

Joshua Anthony Woodward, age 31 of Calhoun, passed away on Thursday, August 31, 2017 at his residence due to an extended illness. Joshua was born on August 7, 1986 in Key West, Florida to Anthony Lamont Woodward and Beverly Paulette Pollard Woodward. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Joshua was an accomplished artist and was also a great cook. Joshua never knew a stranger and was loved by everyone he called friend. He will be sorely missed by friends and family alike. He was preceded in death by a nephew, Ephrem Alexander Robertson. Joshua is survived by his daughter, Alice Woodward of Calhoun; father, An-thony Woodward of Utah; mother, Beverly Woodward of Rome; grandmoth-er, Claudia Woodward of Utah; two sisters, Candice Shea Robertson and her husband Jeffrey of Rome, and Ashley Elizabeth Grafton and her husband Daniel of Calhoun; two nephews, Tristan Woodward and Ian Robertson; and niece, Micaela Robertson. Funeral Services will be conducted on Sunday, September 3rd at 4 PM from the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints with Bishop Ed Richardson officiating. Burial will follow in Chandler Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Sunday prior to the funeral from 3 PM until the funeral hour at 4 PM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. In addition to flowers the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the family for final expenses.
