Joseph Frey

Joseph Frey, age 94 of Marietta, GA, passed away on Tuesday, December 30, 2014 at his residence. Joseph was born on February 29, 1920 in Andrews, SC to the late Benedict Frey and Emily Hanser Frey. He was a veteran of the United States Army serving during WWII, and prior to his retirement was an analyst for the Army Corp of Engineers. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy Barnwell. He is survived by several nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be conducted on Sunday, January 4th at 3 PM from the Chapel of Thomas Funeral Home with the Reverend Parham Hammontree officiating. Interment will follow in Fain Cemetery. The family will receive friends an hour prior to the funeral. In addition to flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the Wounded Warrior project.
