Joseph Alan "Joe" Desrosier

Joseph Alan “Joe” Desrosier, age 70 of Calhoun, GA, passed away on Monday, April 17, 2023, at his residence.

Joe was born on February 16, 1953, in Dexter, ME, son of Mildred Lucenia Baker Derosier and the late J. Albert Derosier. He worked as a truck driver prior to his retirement. He loved collecting scrap metal and recycling. Joe never met a stranger and was well known for his independent spirit.  

Joe is survived by his four children, Charles Joseph Brothers of Manchester, Ct., Jessica Marie Derosier Watson of El Paso, Tx., Joseph Albert Derosier II of Bellevue, Ky. and Tori Rosendal of Lakeland, FL; grandchildren, Isaiah Brothers, Emily Schwabe, Drake Brothers, Andrew Schwabe, Jacqueline Brothers, Micaela Derosier, and Antone Watson. Six brothers and sisters, James Derosier, JoAnn Trushell, Jerry Derosier, Judi Zaczkowski, John Derosier, and Joyce Greeson.  Approximately  70 nieces, nephews and extended family also survive.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
