Johnny Edward Ford

Johnny Edward Ford, age 52 of Calhoun passed away on Saturday, September 3, 2022 at his residence.

Johnny was born June 23, 1970, in Floyd County. He was the son of Mary Sue Holbert Ford and the late Cecil Edward Ford. In addition to his father Johnny was also preceded in death by a brother, David Dewayne Ford. He was employed by Nance Carpet and was a member of the Remnant church of Adairsville.

In addition to his mother, Johnny is survived by: his wife, Jolene Carter Ford; three steps sons, Kenneth Nix, Adam Nix and Carter Nix; one brother, Keith Holbert and his wife Darlene; one sister, Deborah Stevens; one sister, Tina Farmer and her husband Lewis; several nieces and nephews including, Will Stevens, Faith Higginbotham, and Charity McClure; with numerous friends and cousin.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, September 7, 2022 from 6 PM to 8 PM at Thomas Funeral Home.

Funeral Services will be conducted on Thursday, September 8, 2022 at 11 AM from the Chapel of Thomas Funeral Home with the Rev. Andrew Hight officiating.
