John Gregory Dale

John Gregory Dale, age 66 of Reno, Nevada and formerly of Gordon County, passed away on Saturday, October 17, 2015 at his residence. John was born on December 15, 1948 in Gordon County, a son of the late M.L. Dale and Mary Gazaway Dale. He was a retired engineer for the J.C. Penney Distribution Center of Reno, Nevada. John was a Georgia Tech Alumnus, Class of 1971, and a member of Delta Chi Fraternity. Also, he was member of the Wadsworth Masonic Lodge # 24, F&AM of Reno, Nevada. He is survived by his sister, Jan Warsing and her husband Allen of Brunswick, GA; and several aunts, uncles and cousins. Masonic graveside services will be conducted on Tuesday, November 17, 2015 at 2:00 PM in Chandler Cemetery with the Gordon County Masonic Memorial Team in charge of gravesite rites. The Dale family will gather at Thomas Funeral Home at 1:00 PM, Tuesday preceding the graveside service.
