Jerry Linebarger

Monday, April 11, 2011 Jerry Linebarger, age 64 of Cartersville, passed away Monday April 11th at his residence. Jerry was born February 9, 1947 in Maryville, Tennessee. Son of the late Leon Franklin Linebarger and Dorothy Lorraine Bolinger Linebarger. He was a member of Sugar Valley Baptist Church, VFW, the American Legion and Sons of the American Legion 40 and 8. Survivors include; his wife, Peggy Jo Massey, one son, David Linebarger, one daughter; Christina and her husband Jeff Burleson, four brothers; Frank Everett, Jim Linebarger, Asa Linebarger and Lee Linebarger, and three grandchildren; Brooklyn Burleson, Trinity Burleson and Kadence Linebarger also survive. Funeral Services will be conducted 6:00p.m. Tuesday April 12th at Thomas Funeral Home with Reverends Frank Everett and Mitch Phillips officiating. The family will receive friends from 5:00 - 6:00p.m. Tuesday April 12th at Thomas Funeral Home.
