Jerry R. Chamlee

Jerry R. Chamlee, age 73 of Calhoun, passed away on Sunday, November 29, 2015 at his residence. Jerry was born on January 20, 1942 in Gordon County to the late Charles W. Chamlee and Julia Mae Chamlee. He was a machine operator for Astro Dye. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Randall Lee Chamlee; and brother, Larry Chamlee. He is survived by four sons, Jerry Brian Chamlee and his wife Holly, Michael Ray Chamlee and his wife Kim, Kenneth Dewayne Chamlee and Eric Wade Chamlee all of Calhoun; one daughter, Lisa Ann Lay and her husband Stevie of Calhoun; two brothers, Bill Chamlee of Chatsworth and Carl Chamleee of Calhoun; and two sisters, Lorene Chamlee and Avery Chamlee both of Calhoun. Funeral Services will be conducted on Wednesday, December 2nd at 1:00 PM from the Chapel of Thomas Funeral Home with Kyle Morrow officiating. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 11:00 AM until the funeral hour at 1:00 PM at Thomas Funeral Home.
