Jean Marie Switzer

Tuesday, August 15, 2006 Miss. Jean Marie Switzer, age 49 of 351 Stewart Dr., Calhoun died Monday evening August 14th. 2006 in Emory Hospital in Atlanta following several months of declining health. Jean was born in Terre Haute, Indiana on March 13, 1957 daughter of George Richard Switzer and the late Ellen Roberts Switzer. She had been a teacher in the Gordon County School System “ Swain School” for 25 years and the Ga. Teachers Association and attended the Echota United Methodist Church. She is survived by her father George Switzer, a brother and his wife Lt.Col. James Floyd and Suzanne Switzer of Ft. Lewis Washington, and a sister Kathy Switzer of Oregon. Family Memorial services will be conducted at a later date. Thomas Funeral Home has charge of the arrangements.
