Hylkje "Hilda" Middendorp

Saturday, April 04, 2009 Hylkje (pronounce Hilda) Middendorp, age 90, of Calhoun. Died Saturday morning April 4th at her residence. Hilda was born in Friesland, Holland on August 19, 1918. Daughter of the late Wiebe and Hendrikje Van Hes Middendorp. She was a register nurse and member of the Calhoun Seventh-Day Adventist Church. She is survived by her brother; Wiebe “Bill” Middendorp and his wife Carol of Calhoun. one sister; Hendrikje (pronounce Henrietta) Middendorp of Calhoun. Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday April 7th at 2pm from the chapel of Thomas Funeral Home. With Pastor Phil White and Pastor Jan White officiating. Burial will follow in Chandler Cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday beginning 30 mins prior to the funeral.
