Henry Faulkenberry

Monday, August 04, 2008 Mr. Henry Faulkenberry, age 74, of Ringgold and formerly of Gordon County. Died Sunday afternoon August 3rd at Shepherd Hills Health Care. Mr. Faulkenberry was born in Gordon County December 24, 1933. Son of the late Andrew V. and Toy Ingle Faulkenberry. He was of the Methodist faith and was a retired farmer. Survivors include six brothers; Bill Faulkenberry of Ringgold, Howard and his wife Betty Faulkenberry of Ringgold, John Faulkenberry and his wife Arnetta of Cohutta, Frank Faulkenberry of Ringgold, Jim Faulkenberry of Flintstone, and Bobby and his wife Nora Faulkenberry of Ringgold. Two sisters; Betty Faulkenberry and Connie Hullender and her husband Randy all of Ringgold. Several nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday August 6th at 11am from the chapel of Thomas Funeral Home. With Rev. Howard Duvall officiating. Burial will follow in the Sugar Valley Baptist Cemetery with nephews serving as pallbearers. The family will receive friends Tuesday afternoon from 5 until 8pm.
