Harold Shaw

Harold Shaw, age 92 of Calhoun, passed away on Friday, December 10th, at his residence.

Harold was born on October 6, 1929, in Gordon County to the late L.D. Shaw and Lydia Carlisle Shaw. He served in the United States Navy. He operated Shaw’s Red and White, then R&R Convenience Store. Harold was a member of Newtown Baptist Church. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Betty Graham Shaw; daughter, Robbin Herrera; brother, Charles Shaw and his wife Charlotte; sister, Helen Richardson and her husband Bo.

He is survived by his daughter, Rhonda Phillips and her husband Jay; two grandchildren, Kodi Albright and her husband John, Dakota Herrera and his fiancé Judy Bau; brother-in-law, Ronald Graham and his wife Sue; numerous nieces and nephews also survive.

Graveside services will be conducted on Monday, December 13th at 2PM from Chandler Cemetery with Reverend Walter Hare officiating.
