Glinda Sutton

Monday, August 03, 2009 Mrs. Glinda Sutton age 60 of 136 Rustic View Drive, Chatsworth, Ga, died Monday morning August 3rd. at her residence. Glinda was born in Gordon County March 21, 1949 daughter of the late Roy F. and Opal Alline Withrow Choate. She had resided in Chatsworth for the past 25 years, was a member of the Oostanaula Baptist Church and was a homemaker. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by two children; Tammy Fowler and Roy Lumpkin. Survivors include her husband Jim Sutton of Chatsworth, one son; Tim Lumpkin of Sparta, Tennessee, special friends; Rhonda Brewster of Chatsworth and Judy Choate of Calhoun, brothers; Bobby Choate of Westville, Oklahoma, Ernie and Jessie Choate both of Calhoun, sisters; Wanda Howard of Chatsworth and Judy Mitchell of Calhoun, nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren also survive. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 P.M.Wednesday August 5th. from the Chapel of the Thomas Fuenral Home with Rev. Rick Langston officiating. The family will receive friends at the Thomas Funeral Home from 5:00 until 8:00 P.M. on Tuesday evening August 4th. The family requests that in lieu of flowers contributions be made to Saint Judes Childrens Hospital, Memphis, Tn.
