Gladys F. Goodnight

Gladys F. Goodnight, age 73 of Calhoun, passed away on Sunday, January 3, 2015 at her residence. Gladys was born on October 20, 1942 in Gordon County, GA to the late Claude Kirby and Lucille Burchett Kirby. She was a member of Plainview Baptist Church, and had a special interest in pet rescue. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a grandson, Brandon Goodnight. Survivors include her husband of 55 years, Tommy Goodnight; son, Keith Goodnight; daughter, Cynthia Phillips; four grandchildren, Jason Phillips, Justin Phillips, Hope Goodnight and Faith Goodnight (Tankersley); and five great-grandchildren also survive.
