Gary Lloyd Greene

Gary Lloyd Greene, age 52 of Calhoun, passed away on Thursday, March 14, 2019 at Erlanger Medical Center. Gary was born on May 15, 1966 in Whitfield County to the late Tony Greene and Betty Weaver Greene. He was a member of Meadowdale Baptist Church. Gary enjoyed music and played the guitar. He was also mechanically inclined and was a tinkerer. Gary loved helping fix computers and working outside. Gary is survived by: his brother, Alan Greene of Calhoun; and four sisters, Renae Petty and her husband Aaron of Fairmount, Joy Kay and her husband Michael of Knoxville, TN, Susan Daniel and her husband Reese of Gainesville, RN, and Sharon Daria of Elsmere, KY; eight special nieces and nephews, Christy Daniel, Sommer Daniel, Stone Daniel, Katie Daria, Stephanie Daria, Morgan Kay, Marshall Kay and Connor Kay. Funeral Services will be conducted on Tuesday, March 19th at 2 PM from the Chapel of Thomas Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Fain Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 12 PM until the funeral hour at 2 PM at Thomas Funeral Home.
