Francisco "Paco" Javier Vasquez

Friday, April 09, 2010 Francisco Javier “Paco” Vasquez age 16 of Calhoun died in Calhoun from an accidental drowning. Paco was born in Los Angeles California on May 31, 1993 son of Miguel Angel Vasquez and Maricela Diaz. He was a Loving Son and Brother and Friend, a sophomore at Calhoun High School, was a member of the GCSA Club at Calhoun and the Calhoun Junior Varsity Soccer Team. He was a member of the St. Clements Catholic Church. Paco is survived by his parents; Miguel Angel Vasquez of California and his mother Maricela Diaz of Calhoun Two brothers Miguel Angel Vasques Jr and David Jacobo both of Calhoun Funeral services will be conducted at 4:00 p.m. Monday April 12th. from the Calhoun High School Auditorium with Father Joe Staute officiating. Entombment will be on Friday April 16th. at the Haven of Rest Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the Thomas Funeral Home on Sunday from 5:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M.
