Frances D. Stubbs

Frances D. Stubbs, age 94 of Plainville, passed away on Thursday, December 19, 2024 at Pruitt Health, in Rome, Georgia.

Frances was born September 13, 1930 in Detroit, Michigan to the late Franklin D. Martin and Dorothy P. Martin. She earned an RN nursing degree in 1971 and retired in Michigan before moving to Georgia in 1994. Some of her hobbies were quilting, doing genealogy, playing solitaire, and helping others.

 She was preceded in death by her parents; siblings Pristina Kelly, Joanna Thieverge, Loretta Chasteen, and Franklin Martin. She was also preceded in death by a son, Jack Daniel Stubbs Jr.. Frances' remaining sister, Judi McClren resides in Tucson, Arizona.

 She is survived by her children, Pamela McErlane (Raymond) from Taylor, MI; Deborah Harris (Bobby Sr.) from Plainville, GA; Craig Stubbs from Taylor, MI; Paul Martin (Alexandre) from Alto, MI; and Doreen Faust (Michael) from Monroe, MI. She had 15 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren, and 8 great-great grandchildren.

 The family will have a private service selected at a later date.
